Returns and Exchanges
We follow a strict 14 day no quibble returns and exchange policy. This means that within 14 days of receipt we will offer a full refund for your item if the item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. In the case your item doesn’t fit, we will happily organise an exchange.
We extend this 14 day period for purchases made in the month of December, such purchases can be returned before the 14th January the following year. This is to allow peace of mind when buying gifts for the holiday period.
Return or exchange process:
- First get in contact with us at email@example.com to begin the process and so we know there’s an issue. We’ll confirm details and make sure everything goes smoothly.
- When returning/exchanging items, please provide the following details in the package (if you don’t it may take us longer to process the request):
- Your name
- Email address
- Your preferred instruction (e.g exchange for a size small, issue refund etc.)
- Address if requesting exchange
- Original order number (if possible)
Please note: We will only accept returned/exchanged items in the same condition as they were sent, this means unworn, undamaged (unless the item arrived damaged) and with any labels still intact. Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds may take between 5 and 10 working days to reach your bank account.
